Based on marks obtained by the student in H.S. and other required documents, the Scholarship amount may be deducted for the first semester fee during the Final Admission.
The Registrar office needs to create a separate block with at least two competent staff members to work on the admission process from May 2024 to September 2024. Their job will be to check and verify the marksheets and other documents and to decide the admissibility and scholarship for the newly admitted students as per given Scholarship Criteria of 2024-25 (Except for Chancellor’s Scholarship). Also, they need to update scholarship information of the students on CRM / ERP software.
The student needs to submit the “Family Income Certificate / Other Scholarship related Documents” (wherever applicable) within 15 days of Final Admission.
In failing, the Scholarship will be cancelled, and the student will have to pay the remaining fee within 7 days to complete the Final Admission process.
The students who will apply for Chancellor’s Scholarship, also need to pay the full amount of the 1st semesterfee. Those students will be awarded with the Chancellor’s scholarship; their awarded amount will be credited to the 2nd semester fee.
