Message from RC AGRAWAL, Deputy Director General (Agricultural Education), Indian Council of Agricultural Research, New Delhi

The collaboration between the Society of Agriculture Research and Social Development, The Neotia
University and Southern Federal University (Rostov-on-Don, Russia) has brought together experts and
researchers from around the world to share knowledge, innovate, and drive progress in agricultural technology
and allied sciences.
This conference “7th International Conference on Advances in Agriculture Technology and Allied Sciences
(ICAATAS 2024)” organized at The Neotia University from 15-16 September, 2024 has provided a platform
for meaningful discussions, networking, and exploration of new ideas, fostering global cooperation and
advancement in agriculture. The success of ICAATAS 2024 is a testament to the dedication and hard work of
the organizing committee, speakers, and participants.
May the outcomes of this conference lead to significant breakthroughs in agriculture, contributing to food
security, sustainability, and improved livelihoods for farming communities worldwide.
It was a pleasure for me to interact with experts, speakers and some students on technological advances in
agriculture.
The support and hospitality of The Neotia University played a significant role in making the conference a
resounding success. The facilities, infrastructure, and ambience provided by this university were exceptional,
creating a conducive environment for delegates to engage in meaningful discussions and knowledge sharing.
We appreciate the efforts of organizing team, particularly Prof. Biswajit Ghosh, Vice Chancellor, The Neotia
University; Prof. (Dr.) Sushil Kumar Kothari, Dean, SAAS, TNU; Dr Manish, Hon’ble Registrar, The Neotia
University; and Mr. Diptanu Banik, Chief Organizing Secretary, Society of Agriculture Research and Social
Development; and Dr. Sarita Pandey, Chief Organizing Secretary, SAAS, TNU and all the members of the
organizing committee who worked tirelessly to ensure the smooth execution of the event. The commitment of
The Neotia University in promoting research and innovation in agriculture technology is truly commendable.
