Dr. Rakesh Kumar Singh

A Commerce graduate with honours from University of Calcutta obtained his LL.B and LL.M (with specialization in Business Laws ) from University of Calcutta and was also awarded Ph.d in Corporate Law by the University of Calcutta. Previously practiced as an Advocate at District Court, Alipore and at High Court, Kolkata . Published articles in various legal Journals and has participated in Workshops and Presented papers in various State level seminars and U.G.C Sponsored National Seminars. Invited as Keynote Speaker and Resource person in various Workshops, National and International Seminars, Panel discussions and TV programmes. Awarded “Proud NHS ian of the School” by National High School (Alma mater). Organized many Legal Aid Programmes, different Sensitization and Awareness programmes on Consumer rights, Women empowerment , Child rights, Environment protection and Human rights. Invited to participate as Judge in various Moot Court Competitions.
