Dr. Shambo Roy Chowdhury

Dr. Chowdhury works as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Robotics and Automation Engineering. His expertise lies in the fields of signal processing, embedded systems, IoT, and machine learning, with a particular focus on sensor data acquisition and real-time signal processing on embedded platforms. He has extensive experience in integrating sensors with embedded platforms, optimizing data processing for efficient and real-time performance. Additionally, Dr. Chowdhury have over four years of research and development experience at CSIR-Central Scientific Instruments Organisation and more than six years of full-time teaching experience and has been involved in several government projects, showcasing his ability to apply cutting-edge technologies to practical, large-scale problems. His deep understanding of embedded systems and IoT, combined with proficiency in machine learning, enables him to contribute effectively to both academic research and industry-driven innovation.
